The Hitch by Incipio is a $14.99 USB adapter that plugs into the bottom of a second-generation iPod nano.
The device enables iPod nano users to attach their music players directly to a Mac or PC without having to use a dock or dock cable. It plugs into the 30-pin dock connector on the bottom of the second-generation iPod nano, and enables you to hook the iPod nano up directly to an open USB port.
Incipio makes the Hitch in both black and white finishes. The USB arm is detachable and can be repositioned for easy access.
