Native Instruments (NI) is now shipping Audio 8 DJ, the company’s USB 2.0 audio interface specifically designed for Traktor 3 and other professional DJ software. According to NI Audio 8 DJ was made specifically to meet the needs of modern DJs.
The unit features 8 in, 8 out and MIDI connectivity and is very mobile. Audio 8 DJ requires Mac OS X 10.4.8 and is a Universal Binary for Intel-based Macs. The hardware comes Traktor 3 LE and costs $499 — the company is also offering upgrade pricing to Traktor Scratch and Traktor 3.
