Playfirst has announced the release of Diner Dash: Hometown Hero, a new casual game for Mac Os X and Windows. It costs $19.95, and a demo is available.
The fourth in a series of Diner Dash games, this title follows a familiar course: You’re Flo, an entrepreneurial restaurant owner with a dream of making it big in the food service game. You must seat customers, wait on tables, bring them their food in a timely fashion and clean up after them. The cash and tips they pay you go back into the business as you attempt to build up your restaurant empire.
You join Grandma Florence as you help bring five restaurants in your hometown back to life. The game includes 50 story mode levels, six new kinds of customers, and more.
Diner Dash: Hometown Hero requires Mac OS X v10.3.9 or later, G4/800MHz or faster, 128MB RAM and 800 x 600 pixel resolution.
