Ergonis Software on Tuesday announced the release of Typinator 2.1, an update to their auto-typing tool for Mac OS X. A free update for registered users who bought the software in the last two years, Typinator costs €19.99 (US$29.73).
Typinator will automatically type text that you use frequently — name, e-mail address, home page URL, commonly used words and phrases. It can also auto-correct common typos and misspelled words in English, German and French.
Typinator 2.1 has been updated with Mac OS X v10.5 “Leopard” support, and improves compatibility with Adobe Flash, Apple Numbers, Microsoft Office, Terminal, You-Control and other applications. The auto-correction dictionaries have been refined, as well.
Typinator requires Mac OS X v10.3.9 or later.
