Virtual Programming has released Domination, the sequel to their strategy game Massive Assault. the game is available for purchase and download directly from Virtual Programming’s Web site; it costs $29.95.
The game once again returns players to the universe of the “Free Nations Union” and the “Phantom League,” two high-tech rivals who battle for supremacy on distant planets. Players engage in turn-based land, sea and air warfare using a 3D graphics engine.
Domination features six new planets for world wars, including deathmatch maps, two “mega campaigns,” 20 new single-player scenarios, new mission types, a new “Assault” game mode, new computer opponent profiles, ten new unit types, enhanced graphics, new new viewing modes and other enhancements.
Domination requires Mac OS X v10.4 or later, 512MB RAM, G5 or Intel processor, ATI Radeon 9600 or Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 or better 3D graphics with at least 64MB RAM, and an Internet connection for registration.
