JoeSoft has announced the release of Stox, a stock portfolio manager for Mac OS X. It costs $49.95.
Stox can help you with research, tracking and analysis of stocks you own or are thinking about buying. You can get detailed financial status, chart past performance and run hypothetical stock purchases. You can also combine stocks into a number of portfolios and group them how you want. You can model different tax implications, review activity for any timespan and get running totals on cost basis, per share basis and gain on sales.
Stox features integrated reports, alarms that can be triggered on price targets, a running ticker and a simple one-window interface with multiple views.
System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.4 or later and an Internet connection.
