Red Marble Games on Monday introduced Build-a-lot for the Macintosh, a strategy game based on the idea of building, buying, upgrading and selling houses. It costs $19.95, and a demo is available for download.
In Build-a-lot, you “flip” real estate to make money, improving the property you buy and netting some profit in the process. You can do special favors for the mayor to get favors in return, work in scenic towns, get income from rental property and more. You’ll also gain access to special buildings like museums, mansions and castles, and you can compare your scores to the scores of other Build-a-lot players online.
The game runs on Mac OS X v10.3.9 or later, and is a Universal binary.
