CS Odessa on Tuesday announced the release of ConceptDraw Office, a new business productivity software suite for Mac OS X and Windows. It costs $499.
ConceptDraw Office is designed to help users in business environments manage projects, capture ideas, organize processes and keep track of communications and resource management. It comprises three main individual components: ConceptDraw Mindmap, ConceptDraw Project, and ConceptDraw Pro.
ConceptDraw Mindmap is a mind-mapping tool — software that helps users visualize information as a map, relaying pictures, symbols, text and color to one another. ConceptDraw Project is a project management tool that lets you determine elements you need to commit to a project, manage schedules, handle resources and finances and measure progress, including Gantt charts. ConceptDraw Pro is a drawing tool that lets you create graphical additions to projects you’re working on. CS Odessa describes it as a “project whiteboard.”
System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.4.10 or later, G4 or better (including Intel), 1GB RAM, 650MB hard disk space. A 30-day trial version is available.
