Memorex on Thursday announced that its Ultra TravelDrive is now available in a 500GB version. The 500GB version costs $299.99.
The Ultra TravelDrive is a USB 2.0-based external hard disk drive that sports a blue LED to let you know when it’s plugged in and operating. It’s compatible with both Macs and PCs.
Other features of the drive include a rubberized grip to make it easy to carry. It comes with two interchangeable face plates and two finishes — “ocean” or “onyx black.”
The Ultra TravelDrive is also available in 160, 250 and 320GB capacities.
Memorex’s Web site hadn’t been updated with information about the 500GB drive as Macworld posted this article.
