IDG World Expo has opened attendee registration for Macworld Conference & Expo 2009, which is set to take place once again in San Francisco, Calif., in its usual location at the Moscone Center, from January 5-9, 2008.
The Macworld Expo Web site has been dramatically overhauled this year and sports new features and functionality, such as connections to social networking sites like Facebook, MySpace and the Macworld Expo social network.
The site also features information on the conference tracks at the show. Macworld Conference & Expo offers sessions for new users, Mac users looking to get the most out of their hardware, graphic designers, digital photographers, digital videographers, musicians, IT staff and educators.
Macworld Conference & Expo currently offers “Early Bird” pricing on attendance packages that save you money compared to waiting until the last minute. Pricing ranges from $25 for an Expo Only badge that gets you onto the show floor, to a Platinum Pass that grants you access to two Power Tools sessions, one Market Symposium, sessions in the Users Conference and MacIT Conference, access to feature presentations, keynote viewing, lunch, a party ticket and exhibit hall access, for $1,695. Early Bird pricing is available on or before December 1, 2008.
