XtremeMac rolls out new iPhone 3G accessories

XtremeMac on Thursday introduced new cases, audio systems and chargers for Apple’s iPhone 3G and new iPod models. Most of the new items are expected for release in November.

New cases include the Tuffshield, Micrsoshield, Tuffwrap, Microsclip, Verona Sleeve, Verona Holster and Sportswrap. Prices range from $14.95 – $34.95 depending on features.

The Luna X2, Luna Voyager and Tango X2 are speaker systems that have all received “Made for iPod” and “Works with iPhone” certifications from Apple. The Luna X2 is an alarm clock and room audio system that features an FM radio with four programmable presets and an auxiliary line-in jack; it’s priced at $129.95. The Luna Voyager is a travel alarm clock that automatically sets its time from your iPhone so you don’t have to adapt it to time zone changes. It will cost $89.95. And the Tango X2 is a 2.1 stereo system with FM radio and auxiliary line-in, for $149.95.

XtremeMac’s InCharge Duo is a rapid-charging dock and sync cradle that will recharge one iPhone and one iPod at the same time. It costs $49.95. The Travel Dock is a folding dock and viewing stand for iPhones; it’s coming in October for $29.95. The InCharge FM transmitter and car charger uses the RDS display capability of many vehicle stereos to display song information while broadcasting music from your iPhone or iPod using an open FM frequency. It will cost $79.95 when it debuts in October.

The Micropack is a form-fitting case that provides an emergency power boost — the equivalent of a fully charged iPhone battery of external power. Also due for release in October, it will cost $99.95. Other new features include a FireWire to USB adapter, and a series of iPhone and iPod power chargers for home, travel and auto.
