Elgato has released EyeTV 3.0.4, an update to their video recording software for the Mac. A free update for registered users, EyeTV costs $79.95.
EyeTV accompanies the hardware TV interfaces Elgato makes for the Mac. It’s also licensed to other TV interface hardware makers. The software lets you “timeshift” live television broadcasts, record video and edit it.
Improvements to EyeTV 3.0.4 include an updated editor with usability improvements, a redesigned Auto Tune dialogue, and support for the Pinnacle 80e USB stick interface and Terratec Cinergy Hybrid T USB XS FM. Several bug fixes have also been made.
EyeTV 3.0.4 requires a Mac with built-in USB 2.0 ports and Mac OS X 10.4.11 or later.
