Bohemian Coding and Laurent Baumann have released Fontcase 1.0, a new font management utility for Mac OS X. It costs $46.
Fontcase lets you share fonts from peer-to-peer, rather than relying on a central server. You can view individual glyphs as previews, along with a waterfall text and body text. The Compare mode lets you look at small sets of fonts side-by-side to determine which is right for the job.
System requirements call for Mac OS X 10.5 or later. A demo is available.
