SmileOnMyMac has released PDFpen 4.1, an update to its PDF editing software for the Mac. It costs $50, and the update is free for 4.x users.
PDFpen, available in regular and pro versions, lets you add text, images and signatures to PDF files, can let you correct text in original PDFs, move, resize, copy and delete images, perform basic Optical Character Recognition (OCR) functions and more.
New in the 4.1 release is the ability to continuously scroll while viewing or editing multiple PDF pages at the same time. Images and annotations can now be moved between pages using drag-and-drop. The continuous view option is available in both single-page and facing-page views.
AppleScript support for OCR has also been added in this release, along with other minor enhancements and bug fixes.
PDFpen requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later.
