Macgames.org has announced the release of their first game, Smashing Tennis. It’s priced at $10.
Smashing Tennis is an arcade-style tennis game done in 2D. It features real ball flight trajectory physics, sound effects from actual tennis matches, and different court surfaces: grass, clay, and hard artificial turf.
You can choose your own abilities and level of difficulty, and the game includes a training mode that lets you practice before you play the “Tournament Mode.” Smashing Tennis also features single-player play (you against the computer) and a two-player mode that lets you play against another player on the same Mac.
A demo is available for download. System requirements were not listed on the Macgames.org Web site, but the game is a Universal binary.
