Medical practice management software maker MacPractice has announced that it’s vetted Aqua Connect Terminal Server to help deploy MacPractice software on PCs, thin clients and smartphones.
Installed on Mac OS X Server, Aqua Connect Terminal Server (ACTS) enables PCs and other devices to run Mac OS X terminal sessions. Vetted by MacPractice, ACTS enables PCs, smart phones and other devices to run the MacPractice software without needing direct access to a Mac.
MacPractice makes versions for doctors, dentists, chiropractors and optometrists, and also provides Electronic Medical Record keeping (EMR) capabilities.
