Werck updates Checkout point-of-sale app
The latest version of Checkout adds a new Web store to the Mac point-of-sale software from Werck.
EnStore is a pay-as-you-go Web store that integrates with Checkout 3. Users manage products in Checkout and sync them with EnStore, with the ability to track online orders and customers directly in Checkout.
That’s not the only feature added to Checkout 3. The application has a brand new interface to set up product variations like sizes and colors. A rebuilt project manager boasts improved search functions and lets users edit and delete multiple products at once. Checkout 3 accepts down payments and deposits on orders. And because of improved support for barcode scanners and magnetic swipe readers, Werck says is point-of-sale program completes retail sales faster.
