While printers are important hardware devices, they really aren’t all that exciting, and it’s getting more difficult to figure out what makes each printer stand out. Printer manufacturers are counting on Internet features to grab your attention.
In this video, I’ll take a look at two new all-in-one devices that offer Internet access. The feature lets you use a few Web sites that produce content you’d often print, such as movie tickets, coupons, or maps. These printers let you access these sites without needing a Mac. The two devices I’ll look at are HP’s Photosmart Premium with TouchSmart Web, and Lexmark’s Interact S605.
