Our Verdict
CoPilot Live has a difficult-to-use interface that conforms to few iPhone standards. The software also led me far astray on one occasion, while additionally suggesting a street diagonal to the grid that simply did not exist.
Balancing these significant problems is a best-of-the-bunch approach to allowing multi-point itineraries with a manager that lets you re-order points on the journey or remove them. CoPilot Live also displays POIs in a very clear manner, allowing simple selection for navigation or calling.
CoPilot recently added live traffic information as a purchase option ($20), but bizarrely only provides access two menu layers deep.
With a consistent demonstration of good navigation and improvements to the interface, CoPilot would be a far stronger option. Its low price only balances out some of its flaws.
