Are you the proud owner of a printer from either Lexmark or Epson? Are you running the latest version of Mac OS X Snow Leopard? Then you, friend, are the intended audience for the pair of printer drivers Apple released on Tuesday.
Lexmark Printer Drivers v 2.2 for Mac OS X v10.6 is a 121MB download that promises the latest drivers for Lexmark owners running Mac OS X 10.6 or later. Epson Printer Drivers v2.2 for Mac OS X v10.6.1 promises the same thing, but its 546MB also includes scanning software and it’s aimed at users running the 10.6.1 update.
How to tell if your printer requires either update. Apple’s got you covered there, too, with a list of supported printer models for both Lexmark and Epson.
