Our Verdict
Netbook-designed case is a little large, but offers nice additional features.
Though it was originally conceived as a netbook case, the two-tone, $25 ForMoa 10.2” sleeve can indeed fit an iPad, though the fit is on the loose side—the sleeve was obviously intended for a larger device. You may, however, be willing to overlook that shortcoming for some of the ForMoa’s features, including Velcro pockets on either side that hide retractable carrying handles. One of those side pockets also contains a separate zippered pouch, and a zipper along the top keeps the sleeve firmly closed while in transit. The neoprene exterior features an array of pleasantly textured dots that make gripping the sleeve easy, handles notwithstanding, and the interior sports a soft, suede-like lining. The ForMoa provides a decent amount of padding, but if you’re looking for rigid protection for the iPad’s screen, you’ll want to look elsewhere.
