HP and Yahoo have struck a deal that will have them putting targeted ads onto things that you print out from certain Websites. Conspiracy theory: this is all instigated by Steve Jobs so people won’t feel as bad about not having printer support on their iPads.

Internet retailer Think Geek has found themselves served with a 12-page cease and desist order over one of their products. The product in question? Canned Unicorn Meat. The litigant? The National Pork Board, who apparently took issue with Think Geek’s reference to Unicorn Meat as “the new white meat.” It actually gets better.

Okay, no multitasking in iOS 4 for the iPhone 3G? I dig: it’s intensive. But no Home screen wallpaper? What’s up with that? One reader posed the same question to Steve Jobs. Said the Apple CEO: “The icon animation with backgrounds didn’t perform well enough.” Come on, Steve: why let a little quest for perfection spoil users abilities to chintz up their phone?
