Apparently HP’s not going to let Palm wither away after its acquisition earlier this year. An uncovered trademark for “PalmPad” hints that a webOS-powered tablet could be on the way. Then again, maybe HP’s just gotten into the ergonomic mouse pad game.

The Americans for Fair Patent Use has sued Apple and other companies for listing expired patents in their product information. The horror! The organization has asked for fines of $500 per falsely marketed product, half of which would go to…the Americans for Fair Patent Use.
