MeisterLabs has updated MindMeister, its mind-mapping iPad app, with new features that include support for notes and links, map themes, and stability and synchronization enhancements.
MindMeister is a mind mapping app meant to help you organize, prioritize, and even generate new thoughts. When a new idea pops into your head, you can use MindMeister to quickly record it and flesh it out with the app’s various tools. You can also collaborate with others on mind maps online and sync your mind maps to an online account.
New in MindMeister’s free update is the ability to export to PDF, PNG, RTF, MindManger, and Freemind file types. The app has received support for map themes and icon groups, and can now be used with an external display and keyboard. It’s also been updated with faster idea entry tools, smoother zooming, and some stability and synchronization enhancements.
MindMeister 3.5 costs $8 and runs on an iPad with iOS 3.2 or later.
