Last December, Apple filed a trademark application for its “There’s an app for that” slogan; that application is now being reviewed by an examiner, but pretty soon it could become Apple’s property. Which means if you misuse it, there’s a slap [on the wrist] for that. *rimshot*

Verizon iPhone rumors continue apace, with AppleInsider suggesting that Apple may be the first company to use a CDMA chip that supports concurrent voice and data connections (a feature to date possible only on GSM-based networks and phones). Well, sure, as long as we’re speculating wildly, I will go out on a limb and say that it will also be the first CDMA-based phone that makes waffles.
