Users of FogBugz project management software now have an updated Mac client to help them assign and track tasks in their organization.
Tickets 2.0 was launched this week by developer Manicwave Productions, which also produces the Pastie productivity app for iOS. Tickets lets users quickly create and edit new tasks, and allows them to easily include supporting documentation such as screenshots and other attachments.
Updates to Tickets include the ability to designate an “assignee” and due dates for new tasks, along with an updated toolbar design that includes field name changes to be more consistent with the FogBugz format.
Tickets 2.0 is $50, but free for registered users upgrading from Version 1.0. It works with FogBugz versions 7 and 8, and is compatible with Macs running OS X 10.6 or later.
