The iFusion is perhaps the first iPhone accessory that is, in fact, a phone. Say what?
The iFusion is a desktop phone cradle with an iPhone dock. In the latest Macworld Video, my colleague Serenity Caldwell shows you how the iFusion works.

Show Notes
The iFusion connects to your iPhone via Bluetooth and charges via the dock. You can then pick up the plastic phone and use it as a receiver for your iPhone. The iFusion also sports a speakerphone, which the company says sounds superior to the iPhone’s built-in option.
An enterprise-level app for businesses allows the iFusion to integrate with PBX systems.
The iFusion will be available in April. It will come in black and white with an MSRP of $169; the company is accepting pre-orders with a $20 discount at its Website.
