TweetMag, an iPad app that turns your Twitter feeds into a Flipboard-style digital magazine, has been updated to include Readability integration and faster performance.
The updated offering from Teehen+Lax debuted Friday in the App Store. The most-prominent new feature—aside from speedier performance—is the ability for users to make a “TweetMag” out of their Readability account. Users can also create a magazine out of items marked as “favorite” on Twitter.
TweetMag now offers three different ways of viewing articles within the app—Web view, a simple article with related Tweets, and the article without the accompanying Tweets. The app can also be modified to include or exclude Twitter accounts from outside your normal feeds—and you can now post Twitter comments directly from the app. (See the video below for a guide to TweetMag.)
TweetMag currently costs $3, and is compatible with iPads running iOS 3.2 or later.
