Microsoft East coast shop opens near Apple with Mac-using DJ (Electronista)
Sure, the funniest part of this article about Microsoft opening an Apple Store in Tysons Corner might be that it’s a stone’s throw from the first Apple Store. Or that Microsoft hired a DJ who happened to be using a MacBook Pro, and made him cover it with stickers. But for me, it was that there was an eight-hour line to get in the store. An eight-hour line for a Microsoft st—”…the queue was primarily to get free tickets for a Microsoft-run Joe Jonas show the following Saturday.”
Ohhhhhhh. That makes more sense.

Evernote 4.1.5 for iOS and 3.0.4 for Mac – Evernote has updated its iOS) and Mac apps to version 4.1.5 and 3.0.4, respectively. The iOS app fixes a variety of issues including crashes on iOS 3.1.3, a sync loop, a crash when opening a view-only notebook, a crash when opening the embedded browser, and more. The app also sports improved handling of fonts and styles and copying text from a note while in view mode. The Mac app adds Lion full-screen fixes, improvements to notebook and tag popovers, and support for syncing on exit. It also fixes a number of bugs. Both apps are free; they require an Evernote subscription.
