MacTech Magazine on Tuesday announced its series of 2012 events aimed at small-business consultants and other IT professionals who work with Apple products in the workplace.
There are 15 different events planned, in three different categories:
The MacTech Boot Camps, which target small-business consultants, are one-day events that give attendees a broad overview of how to use and service Apple products in the workplace, with instruction on topics such as network troubleshooting, printing troubleshooting, and iOS support. A proctored Apple Certification Exam is also available to attendees. Boot camps will be held in Phoenix, Seattle, New York, Washington D.C., Minneapolis, San Diego, and Miami.
MacTech InDepth events are also single-day conferences, which delve deep into a single topic. Events on Lion server administration will be held in Austin and New York; Wi-Fi design and troubleshooting in Boston, Chicago, and San Jose; and mobile device management in Boston and Chicago.
Finally, the annual MacTech Conference, a three-day event covering a range of topics, will be held October 17-19 in Los Angeles.
Early registration is now available: $295 for the boot camps and InDepth events; $999 for the conference.
