According to Foxconn CEO Terry Gou, Apple will help foot the bill to improve labor conditions at the manufacturers’ facilities. When reached for comment, Tim Cook reportedly said “What with the who now?”

Reports say that Proview rejected Apple’s settlement offer of $16 million in the Chinese iPad trademark case. The China-based company is thought to be holding out for at least $400 million so it can pay off its creditors. Apple’s next counter-offer reputedly consists of a note scrawled with “Hahahahahahaha…hahahahahahahahaha…ha.”
