A British judge ruled that Samsung’s Galaxy tablets don’t infringe upon the design for the iPad, and that consumers won’t mix up the two because the Galaxy tablets are “not as cool.” I know we just celebrated Independence Day, but really, would being a British dominion have been that bad?
