NORAD’s switching it up this year: Instead of partnering with Google Maps to track Santa, the U.S. missile defense agency will instead work with Bing. Boy, would I love to have been a fly on the wall at those negotiations. “All right, Mr. Claus. What can we do to sweeten the pot?”
Apple Services, Stores, and iCloud (Apple)
Apple has expanded its system status page, providing in-depth status of each of its online services—including the stores—as well as a timeline of connectivity issues. It’s certainly more detailed than the previous version, but at least it offers the exact same sense of futility.
