Judge grants Einhorn injunction against Apple (Reuters)
A district judge has put the kibosh on a proposal to be aired by Apple at next week’s shareholder meeting, which would have bundled three separate issues—including one about the company’s ability to issue preferred stock—into a single vote. Maybe Apple should have branded the question as a “Triple Play.” Then the government would have to let the company get away with it, right?
Google Maps API keys now open all iOS developers (Ars Technica)
That techno-speak means that iOS developers can now use Google Maps’s navigation data for their apps. For us, though, that means that we can now totally drive safely around the Australian outback.
