This week’s roundup of new iPhone cases introduces a sparkly version of Speck’s classic CandyShell case. Plus, catchy colors, sturdy enclosures, and tough screen shields. Read on!

The Tough Jacket Maxx (iPhone SE; $50 MSRP, currently on sale for $30 through Ballistic and Amazon) helps prevent damage from drops up to 7 feet high, thanks to its sturdy multi-layer construction. Designed to withstand all sorts of tough weather conditions, the case includes a replaceable screen protector, port covers to keep out dust and dirt, and reinforced corners to minimize impact from side shocks.

The Gruve (iPhone SE, 6/6s, and 6 Plus/6s Plus; $10 MSRP) features a flexible grooved design that offers a superior grip.
This lightweight case, which comes in a variety of bold colors, includes beveled edges to lift your touchscreen off flat surfaces, and incorporates a screen shield for extra protection.

The Feather Pure (iPhone SE; $25 MSRP) is made from a translucent material that offers cool see-through protection. Made with high-density polycarbonate, the case includes a scratch-resistant coating, and features a pocket-friendly profile for easy use. The Feather Pure is available in pink, turquoise, black, clear, cyan, or gray.

The Protector Micro i1015 (iPhone SE; price unavailable) is not for the faint of heart—this carrying case offers all-around protection, fully enclosing your iPhone in a sturdy polycarbonate shell that keeps it safe when you’re not using it.
The case features a latch-style opening for quick access (which is handy, since you can’t use your iPhone’s touchscreen while it’s in the case), a rubber liner to seal out water and dust, and a stainless steel carabiner for hands-free carrying. The Protector Micro also includes a built-in compartment for your cables and an external jack for your earbuds.

The Vitreo (iPhone SE; $24.95 MSRP, available for the same price on Amazon) is a tempered glass screen shield built to prevent cracks and dents caused from bumps and falls. Seidio claims that it’s shatterproof, that its tapered edges provide additional protection, and that its oleophobic coating helps fend off fingerprints.

The latest CandyShell Clear with Glitter (iPhone SE, 6/6s, 6 Plus/6s Plus; $40 to $45 MSRP) gives us what we know and love about Speck cases, but adds in bit of shimmer.
This dual-layer case sports a one-piece design to maximize shock absorption, and a soft acrylic liner that keeps your iPhone’s ports safe without obstructing them. The case comes with matching press-through button overlays, and is available in a number of glittery color options like clear, onyx, and beaming orchid.

The Tough Armor (iPhone SE; $30 MSRP, available for $18 on Amazon) is a basic hard-shell case, available in six metallic finishes. Made with polycarbonate and TPU, this dual-layered case meets military drop test standards, lifts your screen off flat surfaces when placed face-down thanks to raised edges, and includes bottom cutouts designed to fit your third-party dock-cradle accessories.

The Pound (iPhone 6/6s; $28 MSRP, available for $15 on Amazon) features a durable scratch-free exterior that is reinforced with a shock-resistant backplate.
The case sports a matte finish that helps fend off smudges, and a raised bezel to prevent damage to your screen. It comes in white, satin silver, champagne gold, or charcoal black.
