Mophie’s Powerstation Mini ($29.95 MSRP) gives your iPhone at least one more charge; The Powerstation ($49.95 MSRP) will give you two or more charges; Powerstation XL ($69.95 MSRP) offers three or more charges; and Powerstation XXL ($99.95 MSRP) can recharge your iPhone a whopping seven times or more.
The Model 3 in-ear monitors ($150 MSRP, on sale for $80) deliver hi-fi sound over a wireless Bluetooth connection. The buds run up to five hours on a single charge; you can shift to wired cables if you want to keep the music going after that. The Model 3 comes with iOS-compatible inline microphone and remote; this product ships on September 20.
A pair of new speakers from this company: BeoSound 1 ($1,495 MSRP) and BeoSound 2 ($1,895 MSRP) are both AirPlay-compatible wireless devices—the former built for portability, with a rechargeable battery that offers music playback for up to 16 hours, while the latter is designed more for your living room with size and a big, booming sound to match. BeoSound 1 is available now; BeoSound 2 ships in October.
The new Executive Collection features three different products—an iPhone dock ($50 MSRP), an Apple Watch dock ($50 MSRP), and a combination iPhone and Apple Watch dock ($100 MSRP). The collection features curved polished aluminum edges with matte sandblasted bodies, to matching existing and upcoming Apple products.
The Pivot ($50 MSRP) is the latest in accessory designers’ ongoing attempts to use the iPhone as a substitute for a GoPro camera; the grip has a 225-degree “articulating hub” design that’s perfect for mobile photography.
Want a smartwatch like the Apple Watch, but prefer something with more of an old-school look? Skagen’s line of Smartwatches offer elegant analog—that’s big hand and little hand, in case you forgot—watchfaces, while tying into your phone with activity tracking and other nudges you can program on Skagen’s forthcoming iOS app. It’s got a 21st-century heart beating underneath a 19th-century face.
The Tile Slim ($30 MSRP, 4-pack for $100, same price on AmazonRemove product link) is the latest and thinnest in Tile’s line of tracking devices that let you use your iPhone to ensure your keys, luggage, or wallet don’t go walking off in someone else’s possession. It’s as thin as two credit cards; lose your possession and you can use your phone to locate it by sound when it’s close but out of sight. If it goes too far, the Tile app can tell you its last recorded location.
The Apple Watch Power Bank (€50/roughly $56 MSRP, same price on AmazonRemove product link) has a battery that can charge your Apple Watch up to three times before needing its own recharge. It’s small size makes it great to take when you’re traveling.
