This week’s accessories includes a new device that helps you get in touch with your inner self. Sound vague? Then you know what to do. Read on!

Spire’s Mindfulness and Activity Tracker ($99.95 MSRP, same price on AmazonRemove product link) is a wearable device that measures your breathing and provides feedback for a calmer day—when your breathing indicates tension, a notification reminds you to take a deep breath. It works in conjunction with an iPhone app that guides you in short, simple exercises meditations to increase focus, calm, and productivity. Macworld’s Caitlin McGarry thinks it’s a beautiful device, but isn’t convinced that it actually improves your well being—check out her full review for more.

The new Karma Grip ($300 MSRP) is a handheld GoPro mount—it features built-in camera controls to power your camera on and off, stop and start recording, and more. The mount helps provide shake-free video while the camera is in motion.

This company’s latest iOS-operated lock is the LockSmart Travel, which provides “keyless and trackable travel security.” “Keyless” means you get to operate the lock using an app on your iPhone; “trackable” means that if your bag goes missing in transit, it’s easier to track down—via Bluetooth if it’s in short range, or through the LockSmart travel community if it gets diverted to the next city. The device is expected to ship later in December.

The T (£22.00/about $28 MSRP) is a hands-free mount for your iPad. It is self-locking, offers “infinitely variable” viewing angles, and can be viewed in landscape or portrait orientation—all the better to achieve ergonomic perfection for comfortable viewing. It comes in red, green, blue, orange, purple, or black.

Ready for the 2017 Consumer Electronics Show? The Zoom Lens Kit for the iPhone 7 plus comes with 2 sets of lenses: the Fisheye/Telephoto lens and the Macro Zoom lens. The GoPower Plus ($59.95 MSRP) features a 8,000-mAh battery that can fully charge your iPhone 7 twice over. You can charge up to two devices at once.

Juice Pack Air ($99.95 MSRP) “has the power to extend the life of your iPhone 7 to a total of 27 hours and features ‘Charge Force’ wireless power to enable effortless charging using virtually any wireless charging technology.” It’s also stylish, coming in black, pink, gold, dark blue, or red.

The Kevlar Anchor Lightning Cable ($35 MSRP, same price on AmazonRemove product link) is an “extra strong” 6.5-foot-long syncing-and-charging cable—reportedly six times stronger than standard Lightning cables. It comes with adjustable, non-slip silicone weight anchors to make sure your cable sticks to flat surfaces instead of falling off your table or desktop.
