Apple has confirmed the move with severalonlinepublications. According to these reports, they will continue to be sold through the online and retail Apple store until supplies last. So if you’re into collecting Apple gear, you should pick one up sooner than later. (They’re not going to sport clearance price tags, by the way.)
The AirPort devices haven’t been updated in years. The AirPort Extreme and AirPort Time Capsule debuted in 2013, while the AirPort Express was released in 2012.
