We’re always hearing about (and sometimes saying) how new iPhones are too expensive, but you can still get newish iPhones for good prices if you’re willing to get one that isn’t in tip-top shape. Amazon’s Woot service is offering such a deal today in the form of a black refurbished 64GB iPhone 8 that’s on sale for just $339.99.
It’s currently out of stock on Apple’s own site, but if it weren’t, the same refurbished model would cost you $499.99—but that may be because Woot’s listing says these models may have “minor cosmetic blemishes to the body of the unit and surface scratches on the screen.” The listing doesn’t come with any photos, so it’s impossible to tell how extensive these “blemishes” may be.
Here are a few more specs:
- Fully unlocked
- Apple A11 Bionic CPU
- Rear camera: 12 MP, f/1.8, 28mm
- Front camera: 7 MP, f/2.2
These may not be the most pristine-looking iPhones available, but Woot says they’ve been “restored to full working order.” If that turns out not to be the case, Woot also offers a 90-day warranty.
