Able cables

This week’s roundup includes several new ways to connect your iOS device to, well, anything else. Read on!

The $35 Bobine is the “world’s most flexible dock” for your iPhone—plug it into your computer’s USB port, and twist and bend the Bobine into any shape you wish to display the phone precisely as you desire.

The CordieCase carries everything you need to charge the phone inside the case—a Lightning to USB cable and a wall adapter so you can plug in. The makers also tout that the cord is five inches longer than the standard, making it good for use as a syncing cable with your computer, or for charging in the car.

The $109.95 Backbone Wireless Charging Case + Pad is, as the name suggests, a two-part accessory: The shockproof battery case and the wireless charging pad. The case is built to easily handle drops to four feet, and it’s compatible with Qi wireless charging stations.

The $94.19 LG Rolly Bluetooth Keyboard is a portable Bluetooth keyboard for your iPad that has a unique feature: When not in use, it folds up into a compact bar that drops into your bag quite easily.

The $36 Oittm Apple Watch Band is a stainless steel link band for 42mm Apple Watches. Its distinguishing feature? Shininess.

What makes the PowerPotion 3000 different from other backup batteries? Design. It looks like a little bottle—a little bottle of power. It’s capable of giving an iPhone 6 one full refresher charge.

The $30 LifeLink is billed as “the world’s thinnest charge cable”—a USB-to-Lightning device that is just two credit cards thick. Store in your wallet, on your keychain, or in your pocket, so you’re always ready when charging and syncing are needed.

The $12 Satechi Flexible Lightning to USB Cable is wrapped in silicone, and is bendable and foldable, making it a great portable accessory to have when charging and syncing are required.

WRBLS is a “fashionable and functional” sportband collection for the Apple Watch, now in the crowdfunding stage on Kickstarter. The bands come in three different varieties:  Urban Stylers, Business Casual, and Sporty.
