And now for something completely different: The Beachgoer’s Reading Room ($149.95 MSRP) is a portable sunshade that also serves as a universal tablet holder—it’s tucked right there in the underside of the sunshade. While everybody else is getting burnt, you can sit back, get some relief from the sun, and read your favorite novel on the iPad.
This company has several new varieties of headphone out, including the Spark ($69 MSRP; same price on Amazon), ultra-light in-ear earbuds; the Spark Wireless ($99 MSRP; same price on Amazon), Bluetooth version of the first product; and Listen Wireless ($299 MSRP), over-the-ear premium wireless headphones.
SwitchCharge (an $85 pledge through Indiegogo) “is the world’s first multifunctional battery case designed for the Nintendo Switch. It incorporates a high-capacity 12,000mAh battery, an improved kickstand, and two game card slots.”
The StrikeDrive Converter ($30 MSRP) is an iPhone 7 car charger that has an extra feature: It provides great audio in your car. It converts audio from the Lightning connector and sends it through a 3.5mm cable to your radio’s aux input. While you’re driving and listening to tunes, you’ll also receive a 10-watt charge.
Keyboard cases for the 10.5-inch iPad Pro are all the rage in this week’s slideshow. Brydge has its 10.5 Bluetooth keyboard (price unavailable), available in silver, space gray, gold, and rose gold. It ships in the fall….
