Thing is, very few of those deals cater directly to us, the Apple faithful. The most you'll find are deals on accessories, such as an Otterbox Defender case for the iPhone 8 or Beats Studio3 Wireless Over-Ear Headphones. (Yeah, the headphones technically count as Apple, but let's not be picky.)
But never fear! B&H Photo and Costco are both taking advantage of the situation to offer great deals on everything from iMacs and MacBooks to Apple Watches and iPads.
First, let's tackle B&H. It's offering deals on a wide range of Apple's stuff, in what seems like a clear response to Amazon's sale. For starters, you can save $200 on a 2017 12-inch 1.2GHz MacBook with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, which drops the price down from $1,299 to $1,099.
Beyond that, here's what else you'll find:
- 13-inch 1.8GHz MacBook Air (8GB/128GB): $799, down from $999
- 13-inch 1.8GHz MacBook Air (8GB/256GB): $999, down from $1,199
- 21-inch 2.3GHz iMac (8GB/1TB): $899, down from $1,099
- 21-inch 3.4GHz Retina 4K iMac (8GB/1TB): $1,299, down from $1,499
- 27-inch 3.4GHz Retina 5K iMac (8GB/1TB): $1,549, down from $1,799
And now let's move on to Costco. But first, the usual caveat: You can only take advantage of these deals if you're a Costco member, and you'll only see the deal if you log in with your account.
If you've been looking to pick up the Apple Watch Series 3 with both GPS and cellular, Costco has you covered by offering $40 off on a wide range of models. In most cases with the 42mm model, that'll bring the price down to $370 from $410. We had great things to say about it in our review, and we're sure you'll like it, too. Unfortunately, you'll have to pay $5 for shipping and handling.
Costco is also offering $40 off the new 9.7-inch iPads, which offer Apple Pencil support (unlike its predecessor). You can get them in space gray, silver, or gold. That'll allow you to pick them up for just $280, down from the usual $320. (You'll have to pay $5 for shipping in this case, too.)
I liked it when I reviewed it, and in most cases I think it'll suffice in place of an iPad Pro.
