Quark has confirmed plans to attend next week’s Macworld Expo, with its new CEO Ray Schiavone using the event to meet customers.
“It will be exciting to be at the show for the first time and have a chance to meet with customers, partners, and the media,” said Ray Schiavone, president and CEO at Quark. “Macworld will be a great way to introduce myself and the new Quark to the Mac audience.”
Quark XTensions partners Extensis, GLUON, Markzware, and OnOne Software will also attend the expo. Representatives from these companies will join Quark in booth 2102 to demonstrate their products and technologies.
Quark is offering a range of seminar events at its stand, covering such topics as: XPress 7; Designing for multiple media (print, web and flash) from within XPress 7; and Quark Interactive Designer.
Jay Nelson, editor and publisher of Design Tools Monthly will present a user conference session on the new collaboration features in XPress 7 from 11am on 10 January.
Other sessions include face-to-face meetings with users and a series of tips and tricks seminars.
