Weeks after Apple introduced a range of new MacBook Pros, the company may be about to upgrade the entry level MacBook.
According to Vietnamese website Tinhte.com, who last week showcased a next-generation iPhone prototype, Apple have a new MacBook ready for release. While superficially the same, the MacBook, identified as model number 7.1 comes with improved 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor and NVIDIA GeForce 320M graphics specifications, up from the 2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo and NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics currently offered by Apple.
The white polycarbonate unibody enclosure MacBook is the cheapest currently available Apple laptop at £816 and is aimed particularly at students and those with limited funds.
