Apple has apologised for the iCloud outage experienced my some users last week, which left customers without access to email for a few days.
Users have reported receiving an apologetic email from Apple, which reads: “We apologize for the mail service interruption you recently experienced. Your mail service has been restored and all emails sent during this service interruption have been delivered to your account.”
“Our customers are very important to us and we are working hard to ensure you have the best experience with iCloud. We appreciate your patience,” the email concludes.
Last week, Apple launched web-based iCloud versions of Reminders and Notes, following its unveiling of the iPhone 5, new iPod touch, new iPod nano and iTunes 11.
