Vodafone is giving away free AirPods this Black Friday weekend. It’s the early-2019 AirPods with a standard charging case, and they’re worth £159.
To qualify for the deal you need to buy an iPhone XS, XS Max, 11, 11 Pro or 11 Pro Max on a Vodafone Unlimited data pay monthly plan. The deal is live now and ends on 3 December, the day after Cyber Monday.
A number of network providers currently offer AirPods in bundle deals when you buy an iPhone, although no others do so for free.
Three bundles the iPhone 11 with the early-2019 AirPods for £49 upfront and £48 per month, and you can upgrade this to the AirPods Pro by paying an extra £3 per month. EE lets you add AirPods to your plan for £14 a month spread over 11 months, or £20 a month (with an upfront fee of £29) if you want the AirPods Pro.
