Apple has updated Clips, the video editing iOS app that it launched in 2017. It is now in version 3.
You may be completely oblivious to the existence of Clips. Or you may be happy

The app allows you to combine video, photos and music into a movie clip that can be shared via Messages, Facebook or Instagram and so on.
