The iPhone 12 represents a huge leap forward for the iPhone, not only employing a totally new design similar to that of Apple’s iPad range, but also introducing the gorgeous Super Retina XDR display, the powerful A14 Bionic and a plethora of camera upgrades.
With that in mind, the iPhone 12 certainly isn’t the cheapest smartphone on the market – but a limited-time deal from Amazon in the UK makes it much more tempting.
Amazon UK is currently offering the iPhone 12 with 64GB storage in the new Purple colour option that launched back in April for just £653, offering a £146 discount compared to the £799 you’ll be paying at the Apple Store. The iPhone is brand new and sealed, and if you’ve got Amazon Prime, it’ll be delivered the very next day free of charge.
Be quick though, as stock is limited, and it’ll likely fly off the virtual shelves with such a tempting discount.
It’s worth noting that other variants of the iPhone 12 are also on sale, with £120 off the
256GB variants too, but it’s the purple 64GB iPhone 12 that represents the best saving right now.
We reviewed the iPhone 12 at launch back in November 2020, with Editor David Price describing the smartphone as “the best iPhone for most people”, commending its blazing fast speed, superb camera setup and 5G connectivity in particular, and he describes the upgraded Super Retina XDR display as an “elite display that’s a pleasure to use”.
Complete with a 4.5-star rating, it’s clear to see that the iPhone 12 is a great buy for those on the market for a new smartphone. For more information, take a look at our full
