It’s called Snipe Nano Quad

and can scope out potentially hostile locations

using a built-in infrared camera

Snipe can pick up the heat signature of a person in hiding

The drone weighs just 140g and has retractable arms

making it easy to carry and deploy

It’s small size also makes Snipe hard to see in the sky

The drone is made by AeroVironment

The company recently supplied 20 to the U.S. government
